Breyhouse Bed and Breakfast Inn During Covid 19: We want all our valued guests to know that we take the Covid-19 virus very seriously. The health and safety of everyone at the Inn is our first priority. During these difficult times we all need to feel safe and cared for.; The following policies will remain in effect until further notice, and supersede any other policies or information on this web site. We will notify you if any of these policies change prior to your stay.; For the purpose of the following policies, “Guest” is defined as one or more people who are not isolating from each other and are booking one or more rooms as an intact group.
Policies:: - Each room will be sanitized thoroughly prior to being occupied by a new guest.; - Room rates are first night regular price, next night half off.; - Everyone at the Inn must wear a mask when not in their room.; - Housekeeping services are limited during guest stays. Replenishment of linens and sundries will be available upon request.; - A full breakfast in our breakfast room one day will be staggered with continental breakfast taken to your room another day; this will ensure that only one guest is using the breakfast room each day.
